Agreement

These terms apply when you use dzivagurustudios.app, buy a ticket, make a contribution, or access premiere content. By doing any of those things you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we offer

DZiVaGuRu Studios sells access to the premiere of “GaNYaMuTaaPa | ZViMBiRa Vol. 1” — a short film and EP — and accepts contributions supporting the associated cultural space initiative, screenings, touring, and documentation.

Payment

• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details.
• EcoCash and other manual transfers are confirmed by us after the funds are received; your access is issued once that confirmation is complete.
• Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout. You are responsible for any fees your bank or mobile money provider charges.

Access codes and tickets

Access codes are issued to the email address used at purchase. They are personal to you, single-use unless stated otherwise, and must not be shared, resold, or published. We may invalidate a code that has been shared or obtained improperly.

Refunds

Because premiere access is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been issued. If something goes wrong — you were charged twice, your access did not arrive, or the event materially changes — contact us and we will put it right. Contributions made in support of the initiative are voluntary and non-refundable.

Intellectual property

The film, music, artwork, and all other content on this site belong to DZiVaGuRu Studios and its collaborators. Buying access lets you watch and listen personally. It does not give you the right to copy, record, redistribute, broadcast, or perform the work publicly, or to use it commercially, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to areas or accounts that are not yours, scrape or bulk-download content, or use the site unlawfully.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site and the premiere available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and streaming quality depends on your own connection and device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Zimbabwe.
